New open source projects managed by Sensia Software

Sensia Software LLC is managing and contributing to three new open source projects related to OGC Sensor Web and hosted on Google Code.

  • JAVA Library for OGC® SWE Common Data Model
This library handles serializiation and deserialization of the auto-describing data block format used by several OGC standards of the Sensor Web Enablement initiative. We are currently incorporating a very generic and powerful internal data model that can be used for managing any kind of sensor related data, as well as updating the library for the latest version of the specification still under development.

  • JAVA Data Processing Framework for OGC® Sensor Model Language
This is a complete processing toolkit to do data processing using the SensorML International Standard. We will shortly add distributed processing capabilities that will be built into this library.

  • JAVA Web Service Framework for OGC® Open Web Services
We are building a lightweight and easy to use framework to help the development of OGC Web Services. It currently handles WMS, WCS, SOS, SPS, SAS and WNS services. We are always trying to keep up to date with the latest versions of all these standards.
